The amount of points loaded and how to use them will be established and communicated on the basis of the promotional initiative in progress. The cardholder can check the balance of the points loaded on the card, requesting it directly at the cash desk.

The Fidelity Card is owned by Building & Bricolage srl and is issued free of charge, for purchases of a personal and non-professional / commercial nature, to any natural person requesting older than the age, after completing and signing the paper form printed at the point of sale, or by filling out the On form. -line, by making the appropriate request, after registration, on the website www.buildingbricolage.com, Fidelity Card section.

The Fidelity Card is strictly personal and not transferable and / or transferable to third parties. In case of use of the Fidelity Card by anyone other than the holder of the same, Building & Bricolage reserves the right from now on not to accept it, withdraw it and / or cancel it. In any case, until the relative report is made in the manner indicated below for the case of loss, Building & Bricolage srl will not be in any way responsible for the use of the card by third parties, who have come into possession of it in any way, including to sequel to theft, loss.

The Fidelity card has no expiry date and can be used from the day it is issued.

The Fidelity Card must be shown to the cashier every time a purchase is made and before the expense count begins.

If the cardholder does not have the card and fails to present it at the cash desk, it will not be possible to benefit from the benefits provided in retrospect and no complaints will be accepted.

The owner undertakes to promptly notify the point of sale by written communication, or by email addressed to info@buildingbricolage.com.

Building & Bricolage srl will block its use.

Until that time, Building & Bricolage srl will not be in any way responsible for any use of the card by third parties, who have come into possession of it in any way, and any lost points or benefits cannot be recovered.

The cardholder can also renounce the card at any time by returning it to the issuing point of sale, after completing the form at the point of sale or by communicating it by email to info@buildibgbricolage.com.

The renunciation of the Fidelity Card entails the loss of any accumulated and unused points, advantages and benefits.

Building & Bricolage srl also reserves the right to revoke the card in case of violation of this regulation.

The owner also undertakes to promptly notify the issuing point of sale, or via email addressed to info@buildingbricolage.com, of any changes in their personal data.

The conditions contained in these regulations are binding for the applicant from the time of signing. Building & Bricolage may modify or cancel these conditions at any time, it being understood that no changes, including the elimination of the card, will give any right to compensation to its holder.
